The Process
Discovery PhaseThe Discovery Phase allows you to communicate your ideas to your artists. We’ve created a very simple Character Planner which will allow us to download your brain – and allow you to communicate your ideas to your artists.

Sketch PhaseThe Sketch Phase is where we create initial design concepts of your character / mascot. Here we will explore the ideas you communicated to us in the Discovery phase. If you are not satisfied with the initial mascot samples, we will provide you 5 revisions without charging any extra fees. Subsequent new samples can be ordered for an additional RM200.

Color PhaseThe Color Phase is where we take your approved sketch and begin to add outlines and color. At this phase, Enjoy unlimited color changes during this stage!
Condition: Once you are in the Color Phase you are only allowed to change the colors of your mascot. Any other edits during this stage (such as a change of pose, change of facial expression, change of clothing etc.) may require an added fee depending on how much we have to back track. |
Delivery PhaseThe Delivery Phase is the last phase and one where we do final quality checks and deliver your final character to you!
